SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by Zerobell, and by AI agents we operate on behalf of our business clients, to the mobile number you provide.

Messages we send. We send text messages in response to your enquiries, plus appointment confirmations and appointment reminders. Businesses that use our AI agents may also text their own customers for the same purposes.

How you opt in. You agree to receive text messages by:

• Submitting our website contact form with the text-message consent box checked.
• Texting us first, for example to ask a question or book an appointment.

Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and any appointments you book.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us by email.

Your number stays private. We never sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
